Digital Weight Indicators:

Digital Weight Indicators may be utilized in new installations with bench or tabletop scales, platform scales, floor or truck scales.  They are available with a variety of features to meet specific requirements: from a simple pushbutton keypad to a sophisticated multi-tasking, macro-programmable process controller.  The weight indicators are also built to withstand various environments such as washdown areas, hazardous chemical areas, rough industrial areas, battery operated, outdoor or indoor use.

Quite often digital weight indicators are "mated" to existing scales when the scales' weight display is beyond economical repair but the platform is still usable.  Replacing the weight indicator can virtually double the life of the scale.

Another use for weight indicators is for converting old mechanical beam or dial scales to a digital display.   Digital conversions may be warranted when the beam or dial indicator is broken and too costly too repair but the platform is still in good condition. Other reasons include gaining better accuracy, ease of operation and readability.  Additionally, advanced process control, programming as well as computer and printer communication is readily available with the proper digital weight indicator.
